Lakeland, FL asked in Employment Discrimination and Employment Law for Florida

Q: If you accepted a position in another department under the same employer,

Can your old supervisor came back after approving your timesheet and question what you did the last few days of that pay period? Seems like harassment to me when they have claimed in their email that they didnt see you on your last day, lied about other employees inquiring about your whereabouts and offered to not have an exit interview with me. I was ignored the entire day and this same supervisor advised me on my last day I was not needed at a regular scheduled meeting. During the day I passed her in the office but again not acknowledged. Over 4 business days later and an approved timesheet later, she is stating she did not see me and wants me to account for my time.

A: There is nothing even close to "harassment" anywhere near your set of facts.
