Q: I was getting checks from Multi injury trust fund then turned 65. Can I get back on since more injuries have came up?

I have been put on oxygen 24 hours a day from my diaphragm coming halfway up my left lung from head injury. They said signal from brain to diaphragm shorted and it is stuck there. Have abestos.
