A: Every Attorney charges differently, but expect to pay at least for 1 hours to two hours worth of attorney time,

There isn't really a standard fixed cost - you'll probably have to contact an attorney(s) and discuss the matter in at least some detail for the attorney to figure out what the letter should include.
