Q: Had 2 drinks, car was parked, was sleeping, police knocked on window motion to roll down. Gave sobriety test then ask ,t

take breathalyzer ask if I had to he said no, I only said ok and then was arrested.

what are you asking?

it will probably be enough for the arrest, unless there had been someone else driving and it wasn't your car.

but they probably ask if it was your car and if you had been driving.

did you take chemical tests?

A: This case will depend on more facts, parked on public or private area, were you in front seat or back seat, did you have access to the keys to the car, was the car out of gas or broken or disabled, flat tire ect….?
