A: It appears that you are being notified of a Levy of Execution against your Property. This may or may not have had an earlier attached Lien. Somebody appears to have already got a Judgment against you and are now trying to collect by grabbing your Property whether it has a Lien on it or not. The Judgment may be from another State or County. You should have already known if someone had sued you.
