Q: my husband conceived a child with another woman and he will be on the BC she does not want child how do i get rights

can adopt him since he will be under my husbands name? what are my rights.

A: Your husband can file for filiation and custody. After the child has been in your home for 6 months, you can file for adoption. Hire a family law attorney.
