Q: I received injuries to my legs when someone backed into my drivers side car door while i front seat
Between the open door and front seat, forcing the door to close on my legs pinning me between the door and door frame. I was injured and in shock blacked out after she stopped backing up and didnt make a police report.i did go to hospital. Didnt get insurance info from driver. My son msgd driver and she wants me to call her. She has asked my son about how I feel, if i have valid insurance and how bad are my injuries and seems somewhat hostile. I need to get her insurance info but how do i proceed? Do i ignore personal questions or just not call only txt?

A: Contact a member of the Ky Trial lawyers Assn--they give free consults. Get the persons name and address and phone. Give it to the police. (Your son must have some info if he msgd the driver--did he get a photo of her plates? Her?) Report it to your insurance company as well.
