Q: I live in Washington state and want a second opinion about my companies drug policy.
It states "if the affected employee provides appropriate documentation and the MRO determines that legitimate medical reason for the presence of the controlled substance exists, the controlled substance test result shall be reported as negative to the company." To me the sounds like if I was prescribed marijuana and tested positive for it they wouldn't tell my company.
