A: You need a lawyer to settle this case for you. You do not give enough details for your question to be answered.

A: Car damage is settled separately from the injury claim. I suggested having an MD checkup but talk to the lawyer or if they aren't your lawyer have a member of the La Trial Laweyrs Assn consult with you--they give free consults.

A: Based on the brief facts, it's difficult to tell what the question is, but as a general matter, the claimant does not solely get to decide whether the case will be settled. It's up to GEICO here, and maybe GEICO wants to review medical documents, conduct an investigation, is awaiting information from your attorney, is awaiting information from your treating doctors, or other information. It's difficult to tell here based on the facts presented.
