Q: My fathers federally registered service dog had puppies.We were forced 2leave &foster the mom &puppies out.Is that legal

My father is a disabled vet and she is his ESA dog. We did not kbow ahe got pregnant til it was to late.. Even when like 4 weeks the vet missed it. Can a federally funded shelter force you to leave and surrender a federally registered service animal?

A: There is no federal registry. There is a private company called "federal registry" but it is not affiliated with the federal government. Next, I have also never heard of a federally funded shelter. Next, you are confusing emotional support animals and service dogs. Service dogs are trained to take a specific action when needed to assist the person with a disability. Support animals provide comfort just by being with a person. Finally, it is unclear what you mean by being "forced 2 leave & foster the mom & puppies out."
