Q: Is it illegal to stop on top of the railroad tracks especially when no one is in front of you
A lady had slammed on her brakes and dead stopped on top of the rail road tracks ..
I hit her in in The rear because of this ... I have a witness who stated to the insurance company that she slammed on her brakes with no one in front of her on top of the rail road tracks ..
the gentleman had to go into on coming traffic to avoid hitting me ... they are trying to find me at fault for the accident.. i was at a safe distance when she just dead stopped for No reason to my knowledge
