Q: Tenant's girlfriend is not on the lease, but she is the only one that stays here. Some damage was caused. What to do?

Landlord here. I have a tenant on my lease. Lease does not allow subleasing. His girlfriend is not on the lease, but has been the one staying on property. She's been living in the room for ~50 days. There is another month left on the lease. Because he is paying I've been allowing her to stay. However, recently she caused damage and said she would pay so boyfriend would not have to. Repairs are done, and now she is asking boyfriend to pay since she has no money. As far as I am concerned this is her problem since she had a verbal agreement with me to pay for the repairs and now boyfriend and her are playing blame game saying the other roommate helped install it and it should not be paid by them (or taken out of deductible since the boyfriend didn't actually cause the damage).

I'm concerned I could get into trouble (like blackmail???) by replying that if I don't get the $200 reimbursed, I could just kick out his girlfriend since she is not on the lease anyway. Thank you in advance.
