A: If your house and land have been "sold to another person for taxes" you may never get your land back--unless you buy it from the new owner. Had you repaid the amount the lien holder paid to the county--plus all interest accrued before the deed was issued you would not be in this position. Lesson to learn: Pay your taxes.
