Q: What will I need to get divorced in oklahoma?
My wife and I have been separated for 9 years. During that time she has had 3 children with 3 different guys. Since Oklahoma law is the fathers name on the birth certificate if you are married is the husband's name, I'm on all 3 of them. I've done 2 denial of paternity already. I'm really confused on what to file given the situation at hand but I want this divorce done yesterday lol any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

If there were children born during the marriage that are not your children, bottom line is you need an attorney. It must be done correctly.
DO NOT attempt to handle this matter without an attorney or you may find yourself on the hook for all of these children.
