Asked in Contracts for Illinois

Q: Given false information before sign a contract what are my options?

I went to a company that told me a price of $1326 for the goods and services they are giving me before I signed a contract now that I have signed the contract and paid the amount $1326 I was told they are now saying that what I was told is not correct and are trying to charge me separately for the goods and services I was given false information and was never given a copy of the contract

A: If you signed a written contract you are bound by the terms of that contract. It does not matter what "they" told you; and it does not matter whether they gave you a copy of the contract you signed; why did you not ask for a copy?

A: You are bound by the terms of the contract and nothing outside of it. If the amount on the contract is what you paid, then you are not in breach of contract. If they are saying you are in breach, then ask them to produce the contract on which they are basing their claim. Good luck.
