Q: Can my ex in Alabama deny me my court ordered visitation because I cant pay my child support ordered for travel expense?

A: Answers assume court order signed in Texas. You have to follow the order. If you have to pay to get the flight arrangements then your spouse does not have to pay what you are obligated to pay for them. But, you have to follow the order in to get possession at the time ordered in the order.
