Q: Got in car accident . was told my registration was cancelled . had insurance and stuff . what will judge do .

Will I go to jail , loose my license or just show them my insurance . Is there a way to do this without going to court

A: Bc there was an accident, you’re going to have to go to court. If you had insurance at the time and you’ve corrected the registration, it probably all gets dismissed but you should hire a lawyer to ensure that’s how it goes.
