What you need to do is get a lawyer and stop talking about your case, including posts. Sometimes law enforcement can figure out who people are, and what you post can be used against you.
If the prosecutor can prove you helped the person commit the crime, you're guilty under the law. If I tell you that I want to go rob a 7-11 and ask you if you'd give me a ride and drop me off, and you give me that ride, you're guilty under the law of the armed robbery I committed, just like me.
