Kankakee, IL asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Illinois

Q: Does it reflect poorly that I didn't involved my ex in paying school fees when I'm the one responsible for payment?

I'm responsible for enrolling our children in school and paying the fees. My ex is sending me repeated messages that I did not involve them in the process(?). The children picked out their classes prior to the end of the school year and I sent that info to my ex months ago. One child was registered and paid online almost immediately after school ended and our other two were paid in person "registration fee day". Now my ex is sending me more messages stating I intentional left them out and sending messages to our oldest child that they wanted to be there and our child should have told them. Our court agreement states that I am responsible for enrolling the children in school and for providing information regarding school schedules (which I did) and any parent teacher conferences, school activities but nothing about when and where I'm registering the children. I'm in the middle of custody case and have some concern my ex will make it look like I'm not sharing information.
