Q: is it against the law for the plaintiff's attorney in youth Court to take hearsay & lies & put it in the legal document

& file it with the court?

A: This is something you must consult with a Mississippi attorney about, but your question remains open for three weeks. As a general matter, if someone deliberately includes false information in court documents, knowing it to be false and knowing the court will rely on it, that could be a form of fraud, depending on how defined under Mississippi law. In terms of hearsay, the rules are complicated and tricky. Even experienced attorneys sometimes get them wrong, attempting to offer evidence they believe to be admissible, that they're called out on by opposing counsel as being hearsay. In those cases, the attorneys are generally not acting malevolently or deceitfully. Good luck
