A: You need to take your grandma’s will to a local probate attorney to start the probate process. In the meantime contact me PRIVATELY with the address of the house and county and I will look up the deed and the assessor’s roll and tell who appears to own the property. If I am able to pull the deed I will email it to you.

A: You need to start with how title is held on the property. This all depends if the house was only in your grandmother's name or if you were on title. If you were on title then it depends how you were on title. If you were not on title then the heirs depend upon the family tree. If the son is your father, he will have priority over you. However, if your parent has passed then things might be different.
