A: As I wrote earlier, no one knows, there are four ways a judge would find out, the prosecutor in your DUI case calls the judge/court, the judge in your DUI case calls the court/judge, you have a self-reporting requirement and you tell the court/judge or the judge/court/prosecutor in Nevada runs your criminal background before the hearing and finds it. Any thing is possible, the likelihood is also uncertain BUT, what are you going to do anyway? It's happened.

A: more info needed.

there is no way to know if the DA will run your record before the next court date and it pops up.

i would consult with a DUI lawyer who can examine all the facts at a free consult.

is a no drinking clause and self reporting clause? do you have an obligation to advise the court?
