Q: Would this be a grounds of dismissal for my brother

My wife and I got into a argument and I took out car,She reported it stolen.So I was giving my brother a ride back yo his hotel when I drove in the parking lot i seen the police my brother gets out of car I drive off the COPS follow me pull me over after a few min they ask who was that st hotel I said I dont KNOW AND a couple officers take off to hotel and my brother said the cops went to hotel office next THING U know cops go up to room my brother was on parole and had a warrant for not reporting to parole agent.He had a gun and was arrested for possession fire arm possession control substance and the warrant

bottom line is NO.............the cops were following the info they rec'd.

a lawyer would want to see how the cops wrote up the report but my guess is they were within their rights.

when you are on probation you don't have as many rights.
