A: Expired registration is a misdemeanor so yes, you can appeal if you do so timely. However, that would be an incredibly stupid thing to do. Your registration was either expired or it was not - so there's not much to appeal. If it was not expired or if you came into compliance most ADA's will dismiss that sort of charge (unless you are a jerk). Even if you were found guilty and your registration was not expired, there are cheaper and easier ways of handling that issue than appealing.
