A: Unless there is a police report, you should expect $0.00. With a police report and pictures, but no medical, you would be lucky to get a few hundred dollars. The insurance company has NO reason to pay you if there is no legal memorialization of the incident, no diagnosis, and no way to correlate the injury with the incident.

A: You mention putting air in your tire, so this suggests a gas station setting. Check to see if they have surveillance cameras that recorded the accident. Move quickly because some devices do not preserve their video data for very long. Although there was no ER admission here, if you see any doctors at this point, examination reports of your evaluation(s) should be saved if you decide you will proceed with an injury claim. You could consult with an Indiana attorney; many would offer a free consultation in this type of matter. At the very least, you could learn about reimbursement/subrogation of your out-of-pocket medical expenses , and the deadlines before which you must act to preserve your legal rights. Good luck in your recovery

A: First get yourself checked out. Insurance companies pay based on medical records. Your say so gets you about $100-$500. How do you know no injuries if you dind't go to a hospital?
