Solon, OH asked in Traffic Tickets for Ohio

Q: Hi I have a question about a speeding ticket.

My boyfriend won a Lamborghini for a day and was showing me how the acceleration worked and briefly hit 130 MPH and slowed down. A police officer trailed us for a minute and then finally put on his lights and pulled us over. He hadn’t been drinking and the officer gave him a test and he passed. Naturally he got a speeding ticket and reckless op. He has a court date next week. However the officer released footage of the situation to a local news station. They did not use his name but they used where he was from and how old he was with brief footage of his face. We need help with this.

A: What exactly is your question? He should have a lawyer represent him in the traffic ticket. There’s nothing you can do about the local news. Man wins Lamborghini for a day and does 130 down Market Street is exactly the sort of thing local news stations cover.
