Q: What percentage of US tax do i pay on a foreign capital gain?
I am selling a property in a foreign country, Peru. I am a citizen of peru but have been living in the US since 2000, became legal resident alien on 2019. Property has never been rented. How much tax will i have to pay on a 95k capital gain, approximate percentage?
