A: Call Mandatory Actions 1.916.657.6525, they can tell you what you need to do to get reinstated. You probably will need DUI School, SR22 insurance and pay some fees. You might check with the court, if a proof of completion for the DUI program wasn't filed you might have a warrant.

A: If you have a warrant for failure to complete a court ordered alcohol education program you will want to personally recall the warrant or have an attorney do this for you. The benefit of having an attorney do this for you is that it is less likely you will suffer a severe penalty. After this is done you will need to enroll in the mandatory class.

If you do not have a warrant, you would then simply need to enroll in the appropriate class and provide proof of completion to the DMV and court, if necessary.
