A: When an officer issues a ticket he or she will provide with a physical ticket advising you of the offense, etc. It does not sound like you were given a ticket. I’m guessing it has to do with your age? Maybe the officer wants to bring your license to your home to speak with your parents. It may be a warning rather than a ticket. Hard to say.

A: Hard to say. The Officer could always mail you a ticket but it is weird that the Officer would bring your license back to your house. I am sure there is some misunderstanding on your part.
