A: You should consult with a lawyer. Your question is vague. What type of an injury was this, who is the negligent party that caused the injury, and what are the limits of liability policy you are thinking about recovering from?

A: I notice that your location says "Indianapolis, Indiana" but you've posted your question in a Kentucky forum. Workers' compensation laws vary widely based on the state you are in. I highly suggest you consult with an Indiana attorney about your case. You might be able to find a workers' compensation attorney who will offer you a free consultation. Most personal injury attorneys do this. Good luck!
