Q: Is it illegal for a landlord to break into my home and remove all of my personal property. Never served me eviction
I was never served any notice
By him and I lived there for two years
I had to change my locks because he repeatedly came in and forced himself on me. When I said I was in a relationship and getting married he then came to my home with out notice and tried to break into my home while I was asleep when I opened my door he had a man with him he then said that I was his property as long as I lived on his property he told the man that he would pay him to live in a RV in my front yard to watch me.
I feel so lost so violated by this person and so hurt by all of my memories from my kids that were destroyed by this person
I have video and plenty of witnesses
A: Call the police and tell your story.. hire a lawyer right now. Best of luck.
