Q: Okay so me and my boyfriend are staying with my grandpa and we had 7 dogs outside he got a letter in the mail stating

From the local PD That he could go to jail because our dogs were barking & someone said our dogs were locked up in the building and it was animal abuse .. the dogs are mine & we had one of them in the building for a few days because she got attacked at my moms house by another dog .. I was very upset about it can they take my dogs away or is thier a legal way I can get some kind of kennel license or whatever so it’s not illegal ? I rescue dogs and rehome them & foster them .. what kind of license can I get so they can’t bother me ?
