Q: 2 strays found
My friend found 2 strays and checked for a chip, neither were chipped or had collars. She then registered them with lmas, and I was able to foster them for a few days. Another lady offered to continue to foster one while I kept the other. Now an advocates group is saying we have to turn them into a shelter to be adopted out, however they could possibly be euthanized at this shelter. Do I have to or am I able to continue to foster the dogs until an owner claims them and how long does the owner have to claim them before We are able to just keep them permanently?
