Q: Property was seized during a search. I was arrested, no charges were filed. How do get my property.

No search warrant was given , detained w out Miranda rights . Personal items taken ,money, ID , family gifts. Damage to my house, and they asked for someone else before entering and searching my home. 8 machines slot machines that where off unplugged not in use in a room no money confescated or people gambling. I was taken on another search and seizure by police without my knowledge. Didn't get Miranda rights till I got to jail. Now they are giving me the run around as I try to get my property back.
