Q: My 2 dogs trapped an Orange cat on top of my car which caused damage the neighbor denies it was her orange cat help
My car was damaged as a result of a cat comming into my yard and my dogs trying to get it. The cat is orange and our neighbor owns an orange cat, the only one we are aware of in our neighborhood. We have contacted the neighbor but they seem unwilling to take responsibility. Do we have any legal remedy?
