Q: Was the trial judge right or wrong to cancel my Stay? And are my Lawyers being honest?

THE MOTION OF THE DEFENDANT-APPELLANT, FILED XXXXX, XXXX, FOR REVIEW, HAVING BEEN PRESENTED TO THE COURT, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT REVIEW IS GRANTED, BUT THE RELIEF REQUESTED THEREIN IS DENIED. my attorney said this meant that the appealt court agreed that our stay shouldn't be terminated and urged me to continue with the appeal. They just didnt provide us with the relief requested for whatever reason. is my lawyer being honest?
