Midland, NC asked in Traffic Tickets for North Carolina

Q: For a speeding ticket The officer put I am class C on the ticket while I am CDL class A. Is this grounds for dismissal?

The ticket was written for “70 in a 55”. The officer was blacked out sitting in the median with no running lights. There is false Information on my ticket. It states I am a class C driver when it clearly states on my license I am a CDL class A driver. Is this grounds for ticket dismissal if I go to court to fight it?

A: Of course not. That is just incredibly ridiculous, as is your lame complain that the officer was 'in hiding' along with the idea of 'going to court to fight it'. You were speeding - so just do what a reasonable, normal person ought to do which is hire a traffic attorney you can find so your lead foot doesn't affect your license or your CDL. If your address is correct on the ticket you will likely get a crap ton of letters from traffic attorneys. You don't need F. Lee Bailey for a traffic ticket so just roll with the cheapest one. Oh, and stop speeding and if you do speed, man up and handle your business properly instead of looking for entitled, idiotic ways to shirk responsibility.
