Q: How likely am I to get a restraining order dropped without a lawyer?

My brother had his children on his weekend for visitation. The mother wanted them to go home and he told her no as it was his weekend per court orders. She said she was going to come to my house and get them. He had told her not to come. We knew she was coming and had been drinking so we called the police to let them know she was on her way. She comes gets out of her car and charges straight to my.front door. I stood in front of the door so she couldn't enter. She pulled my hair and hit me so I hit her back. She then turned on my brother girlfriend pulled her hair and hit her and those two started fighting. In the meantime my oldest niece came out the door and I turned and told her to go in and told my sister to lock the door as she was standing right by my niece. The ex wife ended up going to jail for battery and criminal trespass. In the RO she is saying I grabbed her by the throat and pushed my niece and scratched her hand but neither is mentioned in the police affidavit. She's lyin
