A: Appealing means you have had a trial in District court and lost (presumably because you represented yourself) and have appealed to Superior Court for a new trial de novo - this is how cheap hillbilly North Carolina gets around the Constitutional right to a trial by jury in District court - which you will likely lose again if you are in fact representing yourself. As to appealing from there. It is possible but likely a waste of time - especially if you are representing yourself. If you haven't had a trial or otherwise had you case disposed of in District Court yet - the 'appealing' is the wrong word.
