Euless, TX asked in Child Support and Divorce for Texas

Q: I am filing for a divorce. I have submitted most of the paperwork required on the Final Decree of Divorce forms.

I missed some forms required / to accompany this forms. The final decree was sent back with the checked information that I was missing.

"Wage Withholding Order was not submitted". I have been using the tool kit to submit the forms. In this case, my ex husband to be is not working for an employer - he is self employed, therefore I am unable to complete the Income Withholding for Support Order. I am not able to answer any of the information on this form, as the information pertains to the individuals (spouse's) employer. I am not sure which particular document to send back to the judge.

I am unsure how to proceed from this step.

Thank you.
