Communication by text. using a cell phone to commit the following felony offense of the following by law. Sell of buphinorphine controll substance #3.That was legally prescribed by Dr to the offender. my lawyer has proof of text message of this event that transpired. There was no money ever given to the offender that committed the above feloney offence. Only 2 packs of cigs and 10 in gas. That was purchased by the defendant who received the controlled substance #3 buphinorphine. My question is what would be a proper sentence for this case? They offered 8 months rsat. A:
Get a lawyer. You don’t want to be a convicted felon if at all possible. There’s more to it than just figuring out an agreeable sentence.
