Q: How can I get custody back ?

Well me and my husband have been separated for 8 years and 2 married we have a daughter all together and she mostly lived with me all her life so my husband ask if he can take her for the summer I said yes because she wanted too but then he desided to keep her and get custody I couldn’t go cause I was working and didn’t have money at the time to fight so he got granted the full custody even though he lied with the courts about black mailing him and stuff not true he haven’t paid anything for a year for his child I paid mostly everything and said I black mailed him for 400 dollars not true he always pulls the card that we are married and wants pictures of me long story short I still have all the messages and I want my child back I follow his conditions but not following his and am concern for my child and her sibling who he fared apart now I have to take my other child to see counseling cause it effected her more than it did me how can I get this reverse
