Macon, GA asked in Insurance Defense for Georgia

Q: What should I do?

In 2013 I was involved in a car wreck and was a passenger, the ambulance bill was billed to me and then I faxed to the drivers insurance agency so they could pay for it since it was their fought. Now currently in 2019 the ambulance bill is still in my name unpaid and sitting in collection. The bill was not paid and the other parties insurance never done anything about it. What should my first step be to resolve this? I have the police report, ambulance bill and the fax records from where everything was faxed to other party. I am located in Georgia.
