From home security that shows him trying to get my phone because he seen a message on my phone to another man. We have been together for 12 years. I went to hospital 2 days later and have 2 broken ribs and a dislocated rib. He had been drinking and acted in the heat of the moment. Will he get out on bond and Can I get charges reduced. He helps financially and not only do I miss him but his son does also. Our son was not home when this happened. I sent the video and hospital results to a friend. Who then took it to and showed it tomy family. My family made a complaint and the prosecutor charged him with malicious wounding..

A: Speak to the prosecutor about wanting him home and the charge being reduced. The problem is, the prosecutor won’t want to risk your BF hurting you again or your son.
