Q: Someone hit my dog with their car in a 15mph zone and did not stop or notify me of the incident.
The vet bill is $355 and will be more charges in the coming 8 weeks, a neighbor said he saw who did it and pointed them out to me. It is clear they were definitely speeding well over the limit based on the injuries. What can I do?
