A: Hopefully, no one was injured or no property damaged as a result of the equipment being there. If that were the case, there wouldn't be grounds for a case based on negligence. Although unsecured equipment in such a setting could pose a risk of causing injury or damage, a case would not be based on what could have been. Good luck
