Q: What rights are violated for an IEP student that is being harassed & bullied by an educational professional?
Driver grabbed & pulled from his seat (others too), & yells at my child, humiliated, embarrassed, shamed, has had excessive/extreme behavioral "interventions" that are used for kids that are a threat to himself/others, Retaliated after a complaint by confronting child, told his punishment was due to asking why (I have on video) & later changed to his conduct w/ his phone (just an untruth since "asking why" isn't a valid excuse), & more. He's been removed & restricted from his classmates. . Her focus on him is bc no matter how badly she treats him, he'll take it.. he won't come out of character to press her or risk trouble. This is Very wrong & I want to ask the community for help but I don't want to get into trouble. A formal complaint asks about what RIGHTS are being violated but he's not disabled.. in IEP for learning but he's a 5th grade boy on a bus. 10mins a ride & she's caused him Hell every day from Aug- Dec. I want a due process as the "resolution" is unsuccessful.
