Campbellsville, KY asked in Criminal Law and Domestic Violence for Kentucky

Q: If I'm at work and someone is visiting a business beside my place of employment watching me is it stalking/harassment.

My stepchild mom/stepdad keep driving by my house, then today the step-dad was watching me Thur the window as I was working. We don't have proof on them driving by the house but may have him on camera at my job. Last week I called the police on them the step-dad was walking to my porch towards my husband ready to fight. The police told them to leave without the child. And now this can anything be done.

A: It’s going to take a pattern of conduct to prove stalking or harassment and it needs to be documented. One or two altercations is not going to cut it.
