A: Once Probation is successfully completed (no violations) then the case is over and the 3 years ESS is terminated.

The "charge" remains the same it is just that the Sentence is never Executed.

The lawyer who was present at the Sentencing would know if there were any other rewards for successful completion of Probation such as resentencing (remove the 3 years ESS) or even change the original charge to a lesser one.

Good luck!

A: more info needed.

your lawyer from that plea would be in the best position to explain the plea.

however, it sounds like 3 years was the suspended sentence. Thus you were sentenced to 3 years but the judge suspended the imposition of that part of the sentence if you do everything you are assigned to do.

if so great result.............
