Q: Im the domiciliary parent & now ex files for full custody & doesn’t follow the original court order for visitation
I was made domiciliary parent 4 years ago now he is going for full custody when he only been given visitation every other weekend I Had to go to court recently for his full custody request and now he’s keep my kid from me longer on the weekends then he should by not allowing me to get her back until later even tho our attorneys had a agreement he still not following and the courts also agree to keep things like it was
